In support of GIS and fuzzy-matter-element analysis,the study on the farmland grading in Xiantao City was conducted. The results indicated: the farmland of Xiantao City was divided into six grades,occupying separately 4.62%,28.52%,21.66%,22.80%,14.12% and 8.28%.
