校企联合是高等职业教育的重要的办学形式。在德育资源方面,企业有着学校所没有的独特优势。如能充分发挥与企业联合办学的优势,充分挖掘、利用好企业的德育资源,则不仅可以使学校德育工作有内容、有特色、有实效,而且可以收到事半功倍的效果,将会给高职院校的德育工作开辟出一片新的天地,在一定程度上会解决其德育工作所面临的一些问题。本文从活动道德教育论角度对此策略进行了理论论证,利用科尔伯格的“公正团体策略”对此模式蕴涵的德育资源及其优势进行了德育价值分析。并针对此提出了具体策略。
