LDZ-1 is a micro emulsion lubricant (O/W) with excellent stability, lubricity and washed ability. The experiments show that an oxygen-consuming corrosion with A 3 steel in LDZ-1 medium will takeplace. The inhibitory efficiency is up to 98 8% from addition of sulfonate, triethanolamine and inhibitor A, and with the cooperative effects of the inhibitors. The A 3 steel covered with LDZ-1 and exposed in air will not rust over one year, and this is very important for the applications of LDZ-1.
