The better syllable dividing properties of gypsum hollow block is designed ,the mechanized technology and main properties of the block are studied and the finishing machine of gypsum hollow block are designed according to the vertical finishing machine of gypsum hollow stripe board. The finishing machine has the following features: it can remove 8 pieces of block from casting each time, its weighs 2 500 kg , the block measures 300 mm×250 mm×l50 mm, and the hollow rate is 34%.

The products can fully replace natural empty planks of gypsum and reach the national standards. By using dregs as main raw mat-erail, product cost can be reduced greatly so as to popularize the high quality building material.
The manufacture technique of a new type of building materials, empty planks by using phosphorated gypsum is proposed in this paper. The technical functions of this product have met the requirements of the trade standards and the advantages of the manufacture technique such as making use of wastes, saving energy, protecting environment, simplifying the process and lowering the cost have been proved.
Dihydrate calcium sulfate extracted from sea salt industry residue by a certain method can be used to produce building gypsum,from which a series of building materials such as light wall materials,cement additive and so on can be manufactured instead of from natural gypsum.These building materials can meet the national standards.
