Secondly, this thesis analyzes the concept, the history, the situation, the management process, the knowledge area and the new feature of Project Management, and then puts forward the concept of Educational Technology Project Management.
Thirdly, the author discusses the principle and method when implementing the Educational Technology Project Management. The author argues that we should insist on the educative principle, systematic principle and integration principle, build the matrix organization of Project Management, think much of the application of Information Technology, and preserve the project documents.
