By using the improved high temperature flux method with Bi_2O_3/B_2O_3 as main flux and the accelerated crucible rotation technique,Bi-doped compound rare earth iron garnet bulk single crystals Tb_xYb_yBi_(3-x-y)Fe_5O_(12) were grown.
