The coefficient of vibration isolation was minimized and taken as an objective function under sixteen restraint conditions. The optimization program was made with synthesized constrained dual-descent method. The results show that the excitation effect of the new ZS6 linear shale shaker was enhanced.

针对原ZS6型振动筛投入现场应用过程中存在的问题,采取优化设计理论对ZS6型直线振动筛进行了改进设计。以激振频率和隔振系统刚度为设计变量,以隔振系数(传递给底座的动载荷)最小化为目标函数,考虑到16个约束条件,建立了直线振动筛优化设计数学模型。采用综合约束函数双速下降算法编制了优化设计程序,计算出不同设计变量初值情况下的优化设计结果。改进后的ZS6型直线振动筛的激振效果得到改善,从而可大大提高钻井液的净化效果。
