为测定在胆酸盐和脱氧胆酸盐存在下氨提配位剂的加质子常数和钙配合物稳定常数,对常规电住法做了一些修正。用所建立的方法测定了EDTA、DTPA、EGTA及NTA的有关常数及其随胆汁酸浓度的变化。

This paper studied the synthesis of a new fluorimetric Ca~(2+) indicator fura-3,the propertiesof its fluorescence,ultraviolet spectrum and itscalcium-complex.The indicator has better selec-tivity to Ca~(2+) in the presence of large amountof Mg~(2+).

报道了新型荧光钙试剂 fura-3的详细合成方法,研究了 fura-3及其钙配合物的荧光和紫外光谱的性质。fura-3-Ca~(2+)配合物的不稳定常数为8.97×10~(-9),ε为3.64×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),摩尔比为1:1。检测下限为 10~(-8)mol/L。试剂在大量镁存在下对钙有较好的选择性。

Complexes of calcium in ash water are analyzed in this paper. Meanwhile, influence of the complexes on solubility of calcium carbonate is discussed with the practical examples.
