长期以来,人们对教育问题的关注焦点是教育投入的总量,特别是教育经费投入问题,却忽视了教育部门投入和产出之间的联系,对教育效率研究未给予足够的重视。从介绍教育效率的概念入手,阐述研究教育效率的目的及意义,旨在从宏观角度构建教育效率的测度模型,对我国教育部门效率进行实证分析。
