In order to expand the usage of iodized salt, protect from iodine lacking diseases and implement completely the regulation of iodized salt, we initiated the study on application of iodized salt in food industry. The result obtained by the study indicated that iodized salt is suitable to use in food industry with no any unacceptable affect on produced products.
