The chrome(Ⅵ) content in Ni plating solution of determined by spectrophotometric method with specific reaction of sym-diphylcarbazide with chrome(Ⅵ). The Ni plating base solution was taken as reference. The experiment resultes showed that the components in Ni plating solution would give no influence on determinations.

利用对称二苯氨基脲在酸性溶液中与六价铬的特效显色反应,用光度法测定镀镍溶液中六价铬杂质的含量,测定时,波长为530nm,用镀镍底液作参比液。试验表明,镀液中的各种组分均不影响铬的测定。本方法简单、快速而准确。

Chrondum(Ⅵ )was able to react with sys - diphenyl-carbazide a nd form a purplish red coordinat ion com pound in the presence of 1:1 H2SO4 -H3PO4. The complex had a maximum absorbance at 540nm. The range of 0- 25 ug of Cr(Ⅵ)in 1 ml solution is obeyed Beer's Law. RSD<3 %. The method had been applied to determine chrodrium in water samples and the result is satisfied.

本文研究了二苯氨基脲(sys-DiphenylCarbazid,简称DPC)与铬(Ⅵ)的显色反应。在硫酸—磷酸介质中,铬(Ⅵ)与DPC结合成一种紫红色络合物,其最大吸收波长为540nm,铅量在0-25μg/ml范围内符合比耳定律。相对标准偏差为1-3%。用于水样中铬(Ⅵ)的测定,结果满意。

The soluble chromium in leather was leached out with the potassium dibydrogen phosphate buffer solution, and determinated by the flame atomic absorption spectrometric method and the diphenyl carbazine spectrophotometric method separately.

采用磷酸二氢钾作为缓冲溶液,浸出皮革中可溶性铬,而后采用原子吸收法和二苯氨基脲分光光度法测定可溶性铬的含量。
