In this paper, Kalman-Buey filtering technique has deen applied to estimate nonmeasurable states-some characteristic numbers representing the chain length distridution of the produced polymer-in a styrene polymerization reactor based on the measurements of the temperature and the refractire index. 本文以化工过程苯乙烯聚合反应为例,应用卡尔曼滤波器理论组成状态估计器,采用过程的温度和浓度作为观察校正值,在线估计反应器不可测的聚合物质量指标——分子链长分布和平均值。并把非等温过程模型的搅拌反应器模型和估计算法应用于实验装置上。研究表明,所设计的扩展卡尔曼估计器是成功的,可进行在线估计,参数可供控制指标选用。

In this work the isothermal crystallization behavior of PBT/PBT polymer blended in differen ratio has been investigated by the JJY-1 type optical polarization analyser and the data was treatets by computer to get the isothermal crystallization parameters, using pseudo-isothermal treat metho and let these parameters used in the non-isothermal process, thus a series of crystallization kineticcharacteristic parameters of PBT/PET blend polymer were obtained, from the parameter of kinetic crystallization ability "G" among them, It is possible to determine the relative crystallinity of as-spun fibre of different ratro blended PBT/PET under the same stable apinning condition. The non-Isothermal crystallization behavior of PBT/PET blend polymer has been tested also by Perkin Elmer DSC-II and the results are in good cosisfence with those by JJY-1's, finally the effect of additives (nucleating agent) on the crystallization behavior of PBT/PET blended polymer was alsod approached.

本研究采用JJY-Ⅰ型光学检偏振仪测试不同配比PBT/PET共混切片的等温结晶性质,用电子计算机处理数据,获得了PBT/PET共混切片的等温结晶动力学参数。并采用准等温处理方法,将等温结晶动力学参数用于非等温过程中,得到不同配比PBT/PET共混切片一系列结晶动力学特性参数。从其中的动力学结晶能力G,可判断在同一稳态纺丝条件下,不同配比PBT/PET卷绕丝的相对结晶度大小;采用PEDSC-Ⅱ型测试了不同共混配比的PBT/PET切片的非等温结晶性质,其结果和用JJY-Ⅰ型测试结果一致;本研究还探讨了添加剂(成核剂)对PBT/PET共混切片结晶性质的影响。

Coran model of isothermal kinetics associated with the accelerated sulfur vulcanization of unsaturated elastomers is extensively applied to non-isothermal condition, using " time-converting" method, that is, transfcring the spent period of vulcanization into a function of temperature. Taking up the kinetic parameters obtained from vulkamatcr tracing and with the help of numerical method with finite defference, the DSC curves obtained from heating process are simulated. The agreement between simulation and experiment proves that extended Coran model is valid. The kinetics of vulcanization in the successive curing process after the mixing process on the two-roll mill is discussed qualitatively using the extended Coran model.

关于含促进剂的硫黄硫化不饱和橡胶体系的等温硫化动力学的A.Y.Coran模式被扩大应用于非等温过程是由于采用了“折合时间”的方法,将已反应时间转变成温度的函数。利用硫化仪的转矩一时间曲线计算出的动力学参数和有限差分的计算方法模拟计算了等速升温的DSC硫化曲线,计算曲线与实验曲线的吻合,证明发展了的Coran模式是正确的。本文还用该模式讨论了混炼对其后工艺中的硫化动力学的定量影响。
