This article takes thefurthest typical cushioning packag-ing system (the single-freedom lin-ear system and the cubic functionelastomer in nonlinear system) forexamples. 提出了一种通过对采样数据预处理降低抽样数据量的数据采集算法,给出了相应的硬件原理框图。并使用MATLAB仿真软件对一个二阶系统的冲击响应曲线进行了抽样比较。比较结果表明该算法对能够很好地跟踪系统的冲激波动,在系统输出波动不大时自动切换为低抽样率工作,降低了采样数据量,在工业过程监控,参数测量等领域都具有很大的应用价值。
