Riceplants inno-leakage pot-culture by N tracer technique, the loss of urea caused by various dressing methods and times was investigated. The results showed that when the urea was applied as basal manure and tillering-stage dressing,theurea loss rate were 50-70%and 30-40%,respectively; the urea loss by the incorporation of urea with soil was about 10% less than the gene- ral broadcasting. 利用~(15)N标记的尿素,在水稻盆栽无渗漏的条件下,研究了不同施用方法和施用时期尿素的损失情况。结果表明,作基肥施用的尿素损失率为50~70%,在分蘖期作追肥的尿素损失率为30~40%;肥料与土壤混施的比一般撒施少损失10%左右。利用塑料桶作的不同渗漏量下的尿素渗漏损失表明,在正常渗漏条件下(12~16mm/日),尿素作基肥渗漏损失的约为7~15%,其中以铵态氮形态损失的尿素占总渗漏量的30~60%,以尿素态渗漏掉的占总渗漏量的40~70%,尿素的渗漏损失只在前三天发生,铵的渗漏损失可延续10天以上。前1~3天渗漏损失占总渗漏量的60~80%。尿素作分蘖肥施用,渗漏损失率约为5%,以铵形态损失的尿素占总渗漏损失的98%以上,以尿素态的损失仅在第一天内发生,以铵形态的渗漏可持续一周左右,前三天的渗漏损失占总损失量的40%左右。尿素渗漏损失主要受到日渗漏量、土壤脲酶活性、土壤温度和施用时期等因素的影响。加上渗漏损失,尿素作耙面肥时,实际利用率仅2~8%,作分蘖、孕穗肥时可达35%左右。

The soil samples were collected from Haibei alpine meadow ecosystem research station. The types of vegetation are Kobresia humilis meadow, Dasiphora fruticosashrub, Elymmus nutans meadow, and Forbs meadow. Depth of sampling soil were 0—10 cm, 10—20 cm, 20—40 cm, and 40—60 cm. Data of respiratory intensity showed in table 1.

通过对四种植被类型的高山草甸土CO_2释放量的测定,可以看出:土壤呼吸作用强度因植被类型的不同而有区别,其中以金露梅灌丛土壤的呼吸作用为最高,杂类草草甸土壤的呼吸作用为低,呼吸作用有明显的昼夜变化,白天高于夜间,并以表层土为高,随土壤深度的加深而递减。四种植被的土壤呼吸作用与土壤微生物的数量和生化活性、土壤酶活性等均有不同程度的相关性;呼吸作用与土壤中的全氮、pH、代换量、有机质、速效钾和水解氮均有显著的相关性,与全钾和氮碳比相关性不显著。

本文研究了5种除草剂对两种土壤类型中微生物活性、土壤硝化和氨化作用的影响。结果表明;1.供试的5种除草剂在正常用量下,对土壤微生物总活性的影响不大,即使有影响也是暂时的,很快就会恢复。2.1000ppm时,几种除草剂对两种土壤的硝化作用有一定的抑制效果,对氨化作用有不同程度的促进作用。以上结果对于进一步研究如何筛选除草剂作硝化抑制剂,进而研制化肥—除草剂的混合剂型,提高化肥肥效,减少氮素损失与污染具有一定参考价值。
