Therefore, some suggestions are put forward on the base of these problems. First, reexamine closely the English curriculum and teaching theories, make innovations on the curriculum for English teachers. Second, establish open and flexible strategies of curriculum development and implementation. Third, strengthen the development of formal curriculum. Fourth, improve the work of teachers' professional development.
