The study found that there is great difference betweenthese groups. The entrepreneurs in private businesses are highly motivated,however, those in state-owned are not satisfied with their job. The correlationanalysis shows that the three most important motivation factors for allentrepreneurs are exerting ones strong suit achievement and fulfillment ofjob.

本研究采用国际通行的实证研究方法,调查我国不同产权企业家工作激励状况,应用数理统计方法对比分析不同产权制度下企业家的工作满意度及各种激励因素的情况。研究发现,在不同产权制度下,企业家的激励状况和工作满意度存在较大的差异,国有企业家满意度低,民营企业家满意度高。相关性分析指出,影响企业家满意度三个最大的相关因素是:工作能否发挥特长、工作成就感和工作是否充实丰富。这说明自我实现和丰富的人生是最主要的企业家激励因素。本研究希望从科学的角度揭示企业家思想工作的基本点及核心因素。
