The new catalyst for co-production of methanol is produced by using low Cu/Zn ratio, adding rare-earth components, two steps method instead of one step precipitation method, and applying membrane separation technique to purify the feed liquid. The catalyst is superior to the traditional catalyst for co-production of methanol in selectivity , activity at low temperature, heat resistance, sulfur tolerance, compression strength and service life. The catalyst has remarkable economic and social benefits, and wide application prospects.

联醇生产长期以来存在生产周期短、副反应严重的问题,其中主要是催化剂寿命短和结蜡严重。该专题开发的新型联醇催化剂采用较低的Cu/Zn比,添加稀土组分,制备工艺采用两步法代替传统联醇催化剂的一步沉淀法,并将膜分离技术用于原料液除杂质。其选择性、低温活性、耐热性、耐硫性、抗压强度以及使用寿命均优于传统的联醇催化剂。该催化剂的经济、社会效益显著,具有广阔的推广前景。

A new process of preparing tri-long-chain alkyl tertiary amine has been developed through catalytic amina-tion under atmospheric pressure. During the research, high efficiency polybasic solid catalyst has been prepared, scaling-up problem of preparing tri-long-chain alkyl tertiary amine has been settled, and corresponding amination process flow and equipment have been designed. Catalyst selectivity of the new process is ≥95. 5% , alcohol conversion is ≥98. 8% . 300t/ a pilot plant production has also been completed....

This paper presents how to make use of geographic information system(GIS) to organize relative space data and attribute data for forest fire prevention. Two ways namely the application of the secondary developmental functions of ArcGis, and the thematic forest fire prevention modules by COM technology are adopted to make the system more easily accessible on the basis of systematic data integration.

介绍如何利用地理信息系统组织森林防火的相关空间数据、属性数据。在数据集成的系统基础上,应用ArcGis的二次开发功能,采用“COM”技术专题开发森林防火的功能模块,使系统方便易用。
