The volume fractions of the components produced by monomolecular cracking reaction in dry gas was in the order of φ(C_2H_4)>φ(CH_4)>φ(H_2)>φ(C_2H_6),which was entirely different from the order of components in dry gas formed by thermal cracking reaction over the quartz sand.
Under conditions of reaction temperture 380~460℃ and reaction time 1~3 h, with home-made thermal cracking reaction experiment device, vacuum residue heavy resin thermal reaction was processed, and the reaction law has been discussed.
