A complex frequency oscillator is quantized. By the analogical method,the quantization for a second order circuit is realized. The quantum fluctuations of the charge and current of the RLC circuit is evaluated in the vacuum state and the coherert state. The results are analysed and discussed.

本文将复频率谐振子量子化,然后利用类比的方法,实现了二阶电路的量子化.在真空态和相干态下求解了RLC电路中电荷和电流的量子涨落,并对结果进行了分析和讨论.
