本文分析了W型火焰炉及四角切向燃烧煤粉锅炉(下文简称“四角燃烧炉”)燃用无烟煤的优缺点。在此基础上,通过22年的不懈努力,研制成功了“大速差射流型双通道通用煤粉主燃烧器”及卫燃带敷设的新方法,从而克服了四角燃烧无烟煤锅炉的弱点。经过对我国最难燃的无烟煤—福建加福无烟煤(Vdaf=3%~5%)在福建永安火电厂410t/h锅炉中的工业性考核及焦作电厂670t/h锅炉燃用晋东南无烟煤(Vdaf=6%~10%)的工业性考核后得出结论;利用我们发明的技术,四角燃烧炉与W型火焰炉一样能脱油稳定地、低负荷地燃烧无烟煤,这样,突破了国际上普遍认为的:当Vdaf<13%时,只能用W型火焰炉而不能用四角燃烧炉的禁区。哈尔滨锅炉厂已决定将该燃烧器作为大型四角燃烧无烟煤锅炉的定型设计,首台大型(300MW)四角燃烧炉将在中国诞生,这将是一个创举,从此将结束只能用W型火焰沪才能烧无烟煤的局面。由于四角燃烧炉具有比W型火焰炉的价格便宜,占地面积少等优点,在激烈的市场竞争中必将显示出其优势。

According to industrial verification tests with China'smost unfavourable coal,Fujian Jafu anthracite (Vdaf =3% ̄5% ),performed onFujian Yungan Power Plant's 410 t/h boiler and with South East Jin anthracite(Vdaf= 6%  ̄10% )performed on Jiazuo Power Plant's 670 t/h boiler,the conclusion was drawn that by making use of this new technique, both four corner fired pulverized coal boilers as well as W type flame furnaces may not only get rid of oil but are also capable of burning anthracit stably at low loads and herewithgainsay the worldwide accepted point of view that for Vdaf<13% only W typeflame furnaces are practicable but not four corner fired furnaces.
