Abstract A ring resonator was made of the high transition temperature superconducting GdBa2Cu3O7- thin film which was fabricated by dc-magnetron sputtering sputtering and deposited on a ZrO2single crystal substrate. Moreover , when Q value was extra polated to zero the tempersture of resonator was 89. 6K.

利用直流磁控溅射方法制备在ZrO2基片上的GdBa2Cu3O7-6高温超导薄膜,我们制成了环形薄膜徽波谐振器,并对它的品质因数Q值进行了测量,测量温区从80K直到150K.当输入到谐振器的功率等于1mW2并且当它处在81.2K时,谐振器在4.212GHz(最小插损点处的频率)起振;这时的有载品质因数Q值等于176,谐振点处的最小插损为-9.58dB;在谐振蜂两侧比最小插损低3dB两点之间的频率差为24MHz.通过对Q值随温度变化的测量结果表明,Q值和谐振频率都随温度的升高而减小,通过外推我们得出当Q值趋于0时,环形谐振器所处的温度为89.6K.

A numerical analysis of axisymmetric transverse free vibrations of circular and annular membranes with non uniformly varying density is presented. For the membranes with the mass density varying linearly, quadratically, and cubically with the radius, the first order natural frequencies are calculated by shooting method and are compared with the results obtained by differential quadrature method and Rayleigh’s quotient method. A numerical analysis of axisymmetric transverse free vibrations of circular and annular membranes with non uniformly varying density is presented. For the membranes with the mass density varying linearly, quadratically, and cubically with the radius, the first order natural frequencies are calculated by shooting method and are compared with the results obtained by differential quadrature method and Rayleigh’s quotient method. It is shown that the results of this paper are more accurate and the shooting method adopted is better. Finally, the free vibrations of circular and annular membranes with continuously and exponentially varying mass density along the radial directions are solved numerically and the first order natural frequencies are given.

采用打靶法数值分析了质量密度沿径向连续变化的圆形和环形薄膜的轴对称横向自由振动 .分别考虑密度为半径的线性、二次、三次函数变化的情况 ,计算出了系统的一阶固有频率 ,并将结果与用微分求积法 ( differential quadrature method)和瑞利商方法 ( Rayleigh’s quotient method)所得结果进行了比较 ,显示出本文结果的精确性和方法的优越性 .最后 ,数值求解了密度沿半径以指数函数变化的非均匀圆形和环形膜的自由振动 ,给出了一阶固有频率的数值结果
