The catalytic action of cobalt (Ⅱ) on redox reaction of H_2O_2 with N, N-diethyll, 4, phenylene diamine sulphate is studied and used for determining trace cobalt(Ⅱ). The detectable limit is 10~-12 g Co (Ⅱ) /mL. The determinable range is0-0.16μg/50mL.It has been suggested as new analytical method for measuring cobalt (Ⅱ) by catalytic kinetics. The method is rapid, simple and convenient. The variation cofficients is 1.31—2.70%.

本文研究了钴对过氧化氢与对氨基二乙基苯胺硫酸盐的氧化还原反应的催化作用,并用以测定痕量钴(Ⅱ),其测定下限可达10~(-12)克/毫升量级,测定范围为0—0.16微克钴(Ⅱ)50毫升。拟定了一个新的催化动力学测定钴(Ⅱ)的分析方法。方法块速、简便。测定的变异系数为1.31—2.70%。

In this paper a new kinetic method for the determination of trace amount of manganese (Ⅱ) is described. It is based on the catalytic effect of manganese on the discoloration of the methy-lene blue caused by oxidation with periodate in acetate buffer. Under the optimal experimental conditions, trace amount of manganese( Ⅱ )between 5 and 80 ng/27ml is determined by the fixed-time method. The procedure has been applied to the determination of manganese in water with excellent results.

本文提出和建立了一个新的催化动力学测定痕量锰的方法。它是基于在醋酸-醋酸钠介质中,锰对高碘酸钾氧化亚甲蓝褪色反应所具有的催化效应。在最佳条件下,用固定时间法,可测5—80ng/27ml范围内的锰。应用于水样测定,获得满意结果
