The title compound was first published in 1961 in U. S. P. by Henry Feuer who synthesized its intermediate by "Mannich Reaction" of nitroform, aminoethanol and formaldehyde. In China it was obtained by other method in 1962. All of these researchers considered it is an unstable, useless explosive.We have found that it can be synthesized by Mannich-Nitrosation reaction to increase its yield and recrystallized from dilute NHO_3 to improve the stability of the title compound.The data of the properties of this pure...

All of these researchers considered it is an unstable, useless explosive.We have found that it can be synthesized by Mannich-Nitrosation reaction to increase its yield and recrystallized from dilute NHO_3 to improve the stability of the title compound.The data of the properties of this pure compound, the thermal-hydrolitic stability and detonation properties show that the title compound remains a valuable kind of explosive if it is used under certain conditions.

题称化合物首先是由Henry Feuer于1961年在美国专利上发表的,作者用硝仿、乙醇胺和甲醛水溶液经曼尼希反应合成了此化合物的中间体。我国1962年也用别的方法制得了它。所有这些研究者都认为,题称化合物是很不安定的、无使用价值的炸药。我们发现,当用曼尼希-亚硝化反应合成这一化合物时,可大大提高产品的产率,若用稀硝酸对粗品重结晶,可大大改善其安定性。由纯品的热安定性、水安定性及爆轰性能的测试数据可以看出,在一定的使用条件下,题称化合物仍不失为一个有价值的炸药。

The wheel-rail interaction, in nature, is nothing but a problem of contact stress produced in a body subjected to repeated loads. A rational strength criterion of such a problem can be found only by a shakedown analysis on the theory of plasticity. In this paper, after the introduction of Hertz's elastic solution of the wheel-contact stress, a shakedown analysis is made according to Melan's rule and the new criterion for the wheel-rail strength design, i.e.( τ_(xz)~2 + τ_(yz)~2)_(max)≤k~2, proposed as well....

The wheel-rail interaction, in nature, is nothing but a problem of contact stress produced in a body subjected to repeated loads. A rational strength criterion of such a problem can be found only by a shakedown analysis on the theory of plasticity. In this paper, after the introduction of Hertz's elastic solution of the wheel-contact stress, a shakedown analysis is made according to Melan's rule and the new criterion for the wheel-rail strength design, i.e.( τ_(xz)~2 + τ_(yz)~2)_(max)≤k~2, proposed as well. It is shown that the maximum axial load determined by the new criterion is much larger than that by the elastic solution. Illustrative examlpes reveal the maximum axial load can be increased by 64%.

轮轨的相互作用实际上是反复荷载作用下的接触应力问题。只有运用塑性理论的安定性分析才能找到合理的强度判据。本文在论述轮轨接触应力的Hertz弹性解后,根据Melan定理进行了安定性分析,并提出了轮轨强度设计的新判据,即(τ_(xz)~2+τ_(yz)~2)_(max)≤k~2。结果表明,新判据大大地提高了根据弹性解所确定的最大轴重。算例指出,最大轴重比弹性解提高64%左右。
