根据阴极溅射和低压气体放电的一般理论,提出了用辉光放电光源作发射光谱分析时,能对电流强度进行校正的工作曲线的数学形式。并证明:在选择合适的放电条件下,经过校正,光源中的“基体效应”可以略去不计。在此基础上,以纯金属作标样,建立了用辉光放电光源对金属表面进行逐层定量分析的新技术。用它进行了钼钛合金上渗硼-硅钛-硅硼三元涂层的逐层定量分析,得到的数据与电子探针、X光衍射和金相结构观察的结果一致。该技术可测定平板状导体样品中深度为几到几十微米范围内的金属元素,层间分辨力约2—3微米。

By using TEM the authors have observed the microstructurc of Si-Mn duplex phase steels including vanadium and titanium through hot-rolling, normalizing and watar quenching treatmnt. The results show that the structures of hot-roll ng and normalizing are very complex.

According to our experimental results, a brief discussion on the bonding feature of these levels and on their pinning to which band is given.

本文报道研究扩散掺钛的硅中深能级的结果。用DLTS法观测到三个与钛有关的深能级,即在n-Si(Ti)中有二个电子陷阱,能级位置分别为E_c—0.23eV和E_c—0.53eV,在p-Si(Ti)中有一个空穴陷阱,能级位置为E_v+0.32eV。详细的电容瞬态研究得到了这些能级在一定测试温度范围内的热激活能和俘获截面以及其它有关参量。本文还就测量结果对能级的键合性质和钉扎于那一能帝做了讨论。
