A new concept that the petroleum system was thought as a colloid disperse system was introduced, which was different from the traditional concept that the petroleum system was thought as a molecular solution. The petroleum system had some similar features to the colloid system in the radium of dispersed phase, optics, electricity and stability. Several popular physicochemical models were introduced on the basis of these. The applications of this theory in the industry, the intensified distillation and the intensified catalytic cracking, were introduced with the kind of additives, optimal quantity of additives and the result of the experiment. It shows that a certain additive could change the dispersion degree of the petroleum disperse system and enhance the atmosphere-vacuum distillation of crude oil, improve the distribution of the product, enhance the catalytic cracking. Several theories of the intensified distillation and the intensified catalytic cracking were discussed. The methods that how to measure the activity state of the petroleum system were also introduced.

Mechanisms to enhance FCC light oil yield and to lower the coke yield(i.e.strengthening FCC process) by adding polymeric active additives in the feedstock were introduced.Using FCC mixed feedstock from Shengli Refinery of Qilu Petrochemical Company,influences of three additives(A,B,C) on FCC process were studied and the additive A selected.The effect of additive concentration on product slate of FCC was also studied.The result showed that the suitable dosage of the additive A is 200 μg/g.The yield of light oil can be enhanced by 1.54 percent point with a slight increase in diesel/gasoline ratio,while the coke yield decreased by 0.72 percent point.For a 1 000 000 t/yr FCCU,the annual economic benefits reached 22×10 6 RMB$.

As an adjustability technique, acid additives may intensify catalytic cracking reaction by retardation the crackability attenuation between in and out riser. The conclusion is well coincided with the lab test.

以催化裂化反应为基础 ,分析了B酸和L酸在裂化催化剂中的形成、分布、转化和作用机理。论述了稀土交换量、分子筛晶粒细化、酸性分布、酸性助剂等酸性调节、控制技术对催化剂裂化活性的影响。酸性助剂作为酸性调节技术 ,通过减缓进出提升管催化剂活性的衰减 ,强化催化裂化反应的作用已得到室内试验结果的支持。
