This paper reported the effect of Cu2+ on Rotifer Brachionus calyciflorus.The experimental results showed that the 24h LC50,48h LC50,96h LC50 of Cu2+ to Brachionus calyciflorus were 60.06?μg/L,23.72 ?μg/L,15.07?μg/L.In the solution of 60?μg/L Cu2+,the survivorship,reproduction rate,basic reproduction rate and intrinsic rate of increase were quickly decreased,while the number of resting eggs and the percentage of mictic female produced were greatly increased.

 研究了Cu2+对萼花臂尾轮虫的毒性影响.实验结果表明:Cu2+对萼花臂尾轮虫的24h、48h、96hLC50分别为60.06μg/L,23.72μg/L和15.07μg/L.60μg/L浓度的Cu2+环境下,萼花臂尾轮虫的存活率、繁殖率、净生殖力和内禀增长率显著降低,休眠卵数量和混交百分率则明显增加.
