In this paper,on the basis of introducing the primary theory of situation assessment and researching situation assessment procedure of information fusion,expectation model theory,fuzzy reasoning theory,neural network theory,material element theory are used in the situation assessment,which may be useful to perfect the algorithm system of situation assessment and assistant decision-making of C~4ISR system.
The field of Power systems bifurcation control (PSBC) is explored, the discrimination theory and control methods for the steady state bifurcations, i.e., saddle node bifurcation, transcritical bifurcation and pitchfork bifurcation, which are closely related to voltage unstability, voltage collapse, angle unstability and low frequency oscillation, are introduced and their theoretical base and algorithm system are analyzed, so the theoretical basis of how to effectively control these bifurcation phenomena to ensure the power system to operate securely and economically is provided.
