Emulsified diesel oil is a fuel with merit of energy saving and environmental protection. The reason of it's advantages is introduced. Effects of emulsifier, polar compounds, water content, emulsifying equipments and methods of diesel emulsification are reviewed herein. Recent studies on emulsion stability, combustion performance, corrosion, energy saving, environment protection and the practical applications are also summarized. Emulsified diesel oil is a fuel with merit of energy saving and environmental protection. The reason of it's advantages is introduced. Effects of emulsifier, polar compounds, water content, emulsifying equipments and methods of diesel emulsification are reviewed herein. Recent studies on emulsion stability, combustion performance, corrosion, energy saving, environment protection and the practical applications are also summarized. Organic polar compounds (e.g. ethanol) could improve stability of diesel-water emulsion, decrease the viscosity and ameliorate the combustion performance of emulsified diesel oil. Micro-emulsified diesel prepared from bio-oil (e.g. vegetable oil) is more advantageous in energy saving. No corrodibility to container or diesel engine has been found when emulsified diesel oil being stored/shipped or used. The perspective of emulsified diesel oil is also discussed. Micro-emulsion of bio-diesel is the most promising and attractive.

介绍了乳化柴油的节能降污机理 ,阐述了乳化剂的选择和用量、极性物、掺水率和乳化设备对柴油乳液的影响 ,对乳化柴油的稳定性、燃烧性能、腐蚀性、节能和环保等性质在应用中的发展进行了概述 ,认为通过添加少量有机极性物 (如乙醇 )制成微乳液可以改善乳液的稳定性、降低乳液黏度以改善其燃烧性能。并对乳化柴油的发展趋势进行了展望 ,指出生物微乳化柴油是今后乳化柴油发展的一个重要方向。

以质量分数90%的失水山梨醇单油酸脂(Span80)和10%的聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单油酸脂(Tween80)为复合乳化剂,应用功率超声技术制备了乳化柴油。在乳化剂和水的加入方式及加入量一定的条件下,选择不同的超声波功率和作用时间,通过一系列对比实验分析了这些因素对乳液内相水滴平均粒径的影响。同时还分析了恒温与保温条件下作用时间与乳液内相水滴平均粒径的关系。实验结果表明,超声波功率对柴油乳化影响显著;超声波功率越大,乳化速率越快,相同时间下制得的乳液内相水滴的平均粒径越小。保温条件下制得的乳液温度高,乳化速率快,但乳化温度过高乳液易破乳,因此制备柴油乳液时需选择合适的乳化温度。
