The historical aspects of development of chemiluminescence and bio luminescence have been treated briefly, and the advantages and shortcomings of chemiluminescence analysis have been expounded in this ar ticle. The following areas have been discussed in detail: the generation requirements for chemiluminescence, the general mechanisms obeyed by chemiluminescence reactions, the basical principles of solution chemiluminescence analysis, and the theooretical sensitivity and detection limit of chemiluminescence analysis....

化学发光分析法的研究和应用是当前国际分析领域感兴趣的一个新的研究课题.在生物科学、材料科学、临床分析、环境监测等方面的许多成功应用大大激起人们对它的兴趣和研究,尤其在酶和基质、免疫测定中的化学发光分析是十分热门的课题.在无机分析方面也具有重要作用。化学发光分析是一种灵敏、快速而又简便的方法,仪器比较简单因而价廉,又易于实现操作自动化和连续分析.有关分析方法的研究国内虽然起步较晚,但已受到许多学者的重视,研究和应用报告逐年增多,预计今后几年会有更大发展.本讲座详细介绍了化学发光的基本理论及化学发光分析的基本原理,归纳了基础论研究和分析应用方面的大量文献.希望这个讲座将对围内正在从事和准备从事这方面工作的同志们有所裨益.

The simultaneous spectrophotometry was treated as a problem of Linear-programming. FORTRAN and BASIC programs were worked out by using simplex optimization. The formation of complexes of Cd, Co(Ⅱ), Cu, Fe(Ⅲ), Mn(Ⅱ), Ni, Pb(Ⅱ), and Zn with 5-Br-PADAP and emulsifying agent OP was studied. All cations form stable complexes at pH 9. A series of Co-Ni-Cu-Zn mixtures were studied and it was found that as few as ten evenly spaced wavelengths can give satisfactory calculations in the simultaneous spectrophotometry....

The Linear-programming technique gave better results than the Least-squares.

本文将分光光度法无机分析中多组分同时分析的问题归结成线性规划问题。用单纯形法求解。编成FORTRAN和BASIC程序,在长城0520或IBM微机上应用均获得成功。实验体系为常见八种金属离子Cd~(2+)、Co~(2+)、Ni~(2+)、cu~(2+)、Pb~(2+)、Zn~(2+)、Mn~(2+)、Fe~(3+)与5-Br-PADAP-OP的络合物。当pH为9,取10个波长数可任选2-5种组分组合同时测定,其相对偏差为1.0-8.0%。随组份数增加偏差增大。方法用于标准水样,铝合金标样和铬铝钴钢标样中多组分分析,其平均误差小于11.0%,可满足例行分析要求。
