The key factors of influencing seed germination percentage were approached which from the climatic factor of sugar beet blossom and seed setting, cultivated measures and harvesting, threshing, air dried, storage techniques, and pointed out that can get the seed with higher germination ratio which combine with the local climatic trait to applied fertilizer and irrigating rationally, harvested in good lime, air dried and storage in proper way.

分析表明,当粘质土壤相对含水量为75%~85%、壤土为70%~80%时,最有利种株开花结实,种球发芽率也高;一般中等肥力的田块于3月初亩施纯氮4~6kg、P_2O_53.5~5kg,结合初花期喷硼、锰等微量元素,可获高发芽率种子。果枝收割后经晾晒1~2天脱粒,在同等条件下种球平均发芽率比直接脱粒高5%~12%;机械脱粒较其它方法脱粒,色泽好、发芽率高。文章还探讨了果枚堆垛及种球晾晒、保贮过程中影响发芽率的关键因素及相应措施。

对苹果梨授粉用花粉的大量采集、运输和贮藏技术进行了研究,结果表明,供试梨花粉的最适采集时期是大蕾期;机械脱粒法采集的花粉发芽率最高、损失率最低;室内阴干条件下干燥的花粉发芽率最高,干燥时温度越高花粉发芽率越低,花药厚度越低发芽率越高;采集的花药在冷藏室里贮藏3d后的花粉发芽率与当天的无显著差异.冷藏车运输的花粉发芽率比自然运输的高15.2%.授粉当天花粉发芽率下降10%左右,在冰箱冷冻室中贮藏1年的花粉的发芽率与贮藏前无显著差异,具有很强的授粉能力;冷藏室中干燥和密封条件下贮藏1年的花粉也具有一定的授粉能力.
