To measure the fluid with low conductivity, it is necessary to resolve the problems of impedance conversion, the stability of the reference point of signal, signal transmission, and common mode inter- ference rejection. The paper discussed the low limit of the conductivity and analyzed the inner-impedance of inductive potential and stated the methods of impedance conversion, settlement of distributed capac- itance of the transmission cable, the stability of the reference point of signal and reducing the common mode interference.

The scheme diagram and software flow chart are also presented. All parameters of the system reach the designing requirement and are verified in the test.
