空芯冷板冷却电子设备是一种新型、高效的冷却方式。这种冷却方式以印制电路板本身作为热交换器,极大地缩短了热流路径,因而载热能力强,结构重量轻。对这种冷却方式进行了理论分析和实验研究,建立了空芯冷板壁温的数学模型,用实验证明了数学模型分析的正确性。并把空芯冷板冷却方式与现在广泛应用的导热冷却方式的热载能力相比较,证明空芯冷板冷却方式是高效的。

Te heat transfer characteristic of rectangular channel cold-plate in electronic devices is studied with experimental and numerical simulation methods. The SIMPLER algorithm in an unstaggered grid system and Low Reynolds k-ε turbulence model have been applied in flowfield computing. The method of whole-field dispersed and solved has been used in temperature field simulation.Results of the experiment agree with results of simulation.

采用实验和数值模拟的方法研究了电子设备冷却用矩形通道空芯冷板的换热特性。数值计算中 ,采用了同位网格上的SIMPLE算法和低雷诺数湍流模型 ,温度场计算中采用整场离散求解的方法。数值模拟结果与实验结果吻合良好。
