The concepts of positive and n eg ative stiffness are analyzed, and a new type ultra-low frequency vibration isol ation system is put forward based on combined positive and negative stiffness. P aralleling negative stiffness can not only decrease the isolator’s natural freq uency, but also improve the damping characteristic and increase the internal res onant frequency of the isolator. Experimental studies show that the natural freq uency of the isolator can be decreased from 6 Hz to 0.75 Hz by parallel connecti...

Experimental studies show that the natural freq uency of the isolator can be decreased from 6 Hz to 0.75 Hz by parallel connecti ng negative stiffness, and the isolation performance is increased.

分析了正负刚度的概念,提出了通过正负刚度弹簧并联实现超低频隔振的新方法.并联负刚度弹簧不但显著降低了隔振系统的固有频率,同时也改善了系统的阻尼特性,提高了隔振系统产生高频内共振的频率.对所研制的正负刚度并联隔振系统进行的大量试验研究表明:由于并联了负刚度弹簧,隔振系统固有频率从6Hz降低到0.75Hz,隔振能力明显提高.
