In this article, we investigated the effect of PHA and radiation, seperately or in combination, on the expression of LDH isoenzymes on rat thymus and lympho node cells. We found that the PHA of apropriate dosage was unable to raise the LDHS of lymphocytes nor the proportion of total M-type enzymes -After thfe irradiation with 250 rads from a 60Co source, lymphocytes showed a prominent decrease of LDH1 and an increase of LDH5. In this article, we investigated the effect of PHA and radiation, seperately or in combination, on the expression of LDH isoenzymes on rat thymus and lympho node cells. We found that the PHA of apropriate dosage was unable to raise the LDHS of lymphocytes nor the proportion of total M-type enzymes -After thfe irradiation with 250 rads from a 60Co source, lymphocytes showed a prominent decrease of LDH1 and an increase of LDH5. The differance waa very significant. The subgroup analysis showed that the; main effect of radiation was to depress the proportion of H type enzyme. The PHA in large dosage could obviously prevent the decrease in lymphocytes irradiated, though not change its LDH isoenzymes composition and spectrum distribution. It is suggested that the biological effect of radiation on lymphocytes might be affected by the functionary state of'target cells. On the other hand, our works may be valuable for further studies on the relation between the extrinsic stimuli and the functionary state of immunopotential cells.

本文把PHA和电离辐射两种因子,在单独和合并应用的条件下,观察了它们对大鼠胸腺和淋巴结细胞LDH同功酶表达所带来的影响。发现PHA在适宜剂量下,使T细胞LDH_5比例增高。但高剂量PHA对淋巴细胞的LDH_5或总的M型酶的比例均无明显影响。在经250rad~(50)Coγ射线照射后,淋巴细胞表现为LDH_1下降和LDH_5增高,但以LDH_1的下降最为突出,差别非常显著。从亚基分析来看,电离辐射主要使H型酶的比例下降。高剂量PHA虽未见改变正常淋巴细胞的LDH同功酶的组成与谱带分布,但具有明显地防止辐射所引起的LDH_1或H型酶显著下降和LDH_5或M型酶增高的作用。它提示辐射对淋巴细胞的生物效应,受到细胞所处功能状态的影响。这对进一步研究外界刺激的作用与免疫潜能细胞功能状态之间的关系,也有一定参考价值。

In order to prove the biological effect of antileukemia active-biotic substance to inhibit leukemia cell during the reseaching process chromosome of marrow cell has been analysed in the 8011 mouse treated by the active-biotic substance, and contrast has been made among the 8011 mouse and normal 615 mouse. The results indicate that marker Bj chromosome averrages about 47. 6% in L615 mouse. Meanwhile the longer the time spent after transplanting the leukemia cell, the higher the frequency of the Bj chromosome...

The results indicate that marker Bj chromosome averrages about 47. 6% in L615 mouse. Meanwhile the longer the time spent after transplanting the leukemia cell, the higher the frequency of the Bj chromosome of 8011 mouse almost disappeared basically, only 0. 8% or so appeared. By statistical X~2 test, the numbers of Bj chromosome in 8011 mouse and L615 mouse showed a highly significante difference, but 615 mouse showed no differece.

为证实抗白血病生物活性物质抑制白血病细胞的生物效应,我们对正常615小鼠和L615小鼠及用活性物质处理过的615小鼠—“命名为8011小鼠”的骨髓细胞染色体进行了C带分析.结果表明L615小鼠的染色体中存在有大量的Bj染色体,占总数的47.6%,同时Bj染色体的出现频率随着接种癌细胞后时间的延长而升高.而在8011小鼠的染色体中Bj染色体则基本消失,只占观察总数的0.8%,两者间有非常显著性差异.
