However,the explosion accidents,successively caused by five“station cylinders”and four“vehicle cylinders”in Sichuan in recent years have made some people be in doubt about the surface storage method and adopt underground storage method by drilling gas storage wells.In this paper,the conditions being in need of setting up the CNG storage equipments and the reasons of why the slow gas filling method should be adopted wherever possible are stated in detail,and in consideration of the safety and economization,the analysis and contrast between the surface receiver storage and the underground storage by gas storage wells are carried out ,which indicates that the former is safe,reliable and economic,being quite convenient to install and apply.Because the leak detection and maintenance cannot be carried out for the under ground storage by gas storage wells,it cannot be moved and its economic benefit is bad,it is not necessary to drill the gas storage wells for the underground storage at the quick CNG filling station.

车用压缩天然气(CNG)加气站分慢加气和快加气两种类型,前者不需要设置加压气体储存设施,而后者则需要设置储存压力为25MPa的CNG储气库。目前,国内、外的快加气站都采用储气瓶组或储气罐地上储气方式。但近年来我国四川地区接连发生的8起9只“站用瓶”和“车用瓶”爆破事故,使有些人对地上储存方式的安全性产生了怀疑,而采取了打储气井进行地下储气的方法。文章详细说明了在什么情况下需要设置CNG储气设施,以及为什么要在有条件的地方尽可能采用慢加气方式的道理;还从安全性和经济性出发,对地上容器储气和储气井地下储气进行分析对比,说明了地上容器储气是安全、可靠、经济的,并且安装使用也都很方便。储气井地下储气无法实施检漏、维修,不能移动搬迁,经济性又很差,因而在CNG快加气站上打储气井进行地下储气是没有必要的。

This paper introduces the water shutoff technology developed at the French Petroleum Institute (Institute Franais du Pétrole, IF P). The specificity of this technology is described, along with the original res e arch approach from the French institute research team. This technology is based on the use of relative permeability modifiers ( RPM's ) also called disproportio nate permeability reducers ( DPR's ). The different water shutoff agents can be bullheaded into the existing completions without zone isolation....

This paper introduces the water shutoff technology developed at the French Petroleum Institute (Institute Franais du Pétrole, IF P). The different water shutoff agents can be bullheaded into the existing completions without zone isolation. All systems are designed to minimize the damage on oil or gas relative permeability. A review o f typical field applications is given: gas storage wells, heavy oil horizontal w ells, gravel packed wells and multilayer waterflooded wells. In addition, the most recent focuses of research are also presented. The se include the study of microgels to treat injection wells, and the development of preflush agents to control the placement of the water shutoff agents in produ cer wells. The research on microgels aims at controlling the size and the struct ure of the microgels. The preflush diversion is based on “bridging adsorption” , an unsteady state retention phenomena which occurs when injecting high molecul ar weight polymer in low permeability cores.

Based on the service instance of High Pressure Underground Gas Storage Well,this paper designed a test method on estimate its fatigue performance. The evaluation was made on the fatigue performance of professional casing made in Tianjin Pipe Corporation Co. ,LTD.

根据高压地下储气井服役情况,设计了用于实施高压地下储气井专用套管行业标准SH/T6535-2002评定其疲劳性能的试验方法,对天津钢管有限责任公司生产的专用套管疲劳性能进行了评价,并对实施该标准的方法进行了讨论。
