The intelligent children’s frequency and corr ect rate of retrieving strategy is higher than that of their peers; on contrary, their frequency of backup strategy is lower than that of their peers. Thirty MD(mathematically disabled)and thirty MN(mathematically normal)2-3 grade primary-school children participated in our research. Experimental, observational and verbal report procedures are used to explore the influence of types of problems on MD and MN children′s addition cognitive strategy choice, including simple, complex and continuous additive problems. The result indicated that strategy choice of 2-3 primary children is adaptive to different types of problems, especially to the MN children.

随机选取小学二、三年级数学学习不良组儿童各30名,数学学习正常组儿童各30名,采用实验法、观察法和口语报告法相结合的方式,考察了两类儿童在解决简单加法题目、复杂加法题目和连加加法题目时,问题结构类型对两类儿童加法策略选择的影响。结果发现,在不同类型加法题目中,小学二、三年级儿童的策略使用表现出对题目的适应性,数学学习正常儿童的适应性特点更加明显。

Arithmetic strategy is both an important factor of the development of children's arithmetic ability, and a key index of children's thinking process and problem-solving ability. This article introduces the types, levels and developmental characteristics of young children's addition strategies, explores misunderstandings and deficiencies in current kindergarten mathematic education on children's arithmetic strategies, and proposes several educational suggestions to promote kindergarten arithmetic education by bridging and balancing the relation of concept understanding and procedural skills, such as paying more attention to the development of children's arithmetic strategies, providing cognitively guided instruction, and affording opportunities for children's strategy exchange and discussion.

计算策略是影响儿童计算能力发展的重要因素,反映了儿童的思维过程及问题解决水平。目前已有研究对儿童早期加法策略的类型、水平及发展特点进行了深入细致的探讨。幼儿园在开展计算教学活动时应积极利用这些研究成果,为儿童提供运用、表达与交流策略的机会,并积极促进儿童策略意识与水平的发展。
