In order to control the indoor and outdoor air pollution by dust in rural brick and tile factory,improvements on the process technology were firstly adapted to make the process continuous and mechanized.On these bases,two industrial ventilation systems were installed,in which different appropriate exhaust hoods were designed for various dust sources.Impinging scrubber was selected to treat the dust laden air from the crushing and sieving process.And impinging spray scrubber was selected in the ventilation system...

In order to control the indoor and outdoor air pollution by dust in rural brick and tile factory,improvements on the process technology were firstly adapted to make the process continuous and mechanized.On these bases,two industrial ventilation systems were installed,in which different appropriate exhaust hoods were designed for various dust sources.Impinging scrubber was selected to treat the dust laden air from the crushing and sieving process.And impinging spray scrubber was selected in the ventilation system of the pulverizing process,after installation of the ventilation systems,the dust concentrations of those work places were reduced from the original 36~1575mg/m 3 to near 2mg/m 3,the hygienic standard of dust at the work place.The dust concentrations at the exits of the ventilation systems were reduced from the original 400~6000mg/m 3 to less than 150mg/m 3,the emission standard of dust from ventilation system.The overall collecting efficiency of the impinging scrubber is 97 6% with a pressure drop of 1400Pa,and the collecting efficiency of the impinging spray scrubber is 97 3% with a pressure drop of 1900Pa.Fractional collecting efficiencies of the scrubbers were also given.They are cheap and easy to handle.

为了控制乡镇砖瓦厂排放粉尘对室内外空气的污染,在改进工艺的基础上,于各产尘点设置了密闭吸尘罩,有效地控制了粉尘向周围环境扩散。根据破碎、筛分等工序排放的含尘空气及粉尘特性,采用了冲击水浴除尘器除尘,针对风选粉碎机等工序排放的含尘空气及粉尘特性,采用了冲击-喷雾联合除尘器除尘。采用上述有效控制技术后,车间工作地点粉尘浓度由原来的每立方米数百毫克降到卫生标准2mg/m3以下,两套通风除尘系统排放粉尘浓度降到排放标准150mg/m3以下。冲击水浴除尘器的除尘效率为97.6%,阻力为1400Pa;冲击-喷雾联合除尘器的除尘效率为97.3%,阻力为1900Pa。两种除尘器排出的污泥可返回作生产原料,无二次污染问题。该除尘器结构简单,易于管理,成本低,便于自行制作。文中还给出了两种除尘器的粒径分级除尘效率,便于其它场合下准确的选用。

Objective:To study effective techniques of controlling high-radioactive of habitation that caused by some building material,so to improve indoor health quality.Method:By studying the radioactive level of building material in buildings,we used new techniques to reduce radioactive level of building material and radom density.Result:The γ-radio-rate and radom density of building material which before control was 76.8×10 -8 Gy·h -1 and 235.02 Bq·m -3 reduced by 64.9% and 70%,both required GB-6566-86,The radom density in buildings of 243.56 Bq·m -3 was decreased to 51.15 Bq·m -3 (<100 Bq·m -3 ).These show large improvement of indoor health quality.Conclusiou:High-radioactive mainly origined from superlimit building material.So more surveillance and effective prevention are main importaut measures to improve radioactive quility indoor.

目的 探讨对由某些建材引起的高放射性居室可采用的有效控制技术措施 ,以改善居室卫生质量。方法 通过对致高放射性居室的某些含天然放射性水平建材的研究 ,采用降低可控源建材产品天然放射性水平和室内补救性降氡新成果技术观察控制效果。结果 致居室高放射性建材产品γ照射量率由 76 .8× 1 0 -8Gy·h-1,氡浓度2 35 .0 2Bq·m-3 分别下降 6 4 .9%、70 % ,均达国家标准限值要求 ;已建高氡住房氡浓度由原均 2 43.5 6Bq·m-3 降至 5 1 .1 5Bq·m-3 ( <1 0 0Bq·m-3 ) ,显著改善了公众室内卫生质量。结论 居室高放射性主要源于放射性超限值建材。对其加强监测和有效防护是改善居室放射卫生质量的重要措施。

叙述氮肥厂 (氨 /尿素装置 )排放源点及其治理工艺概况与效率。氮肥厂两大排放治理难点 :弛放气引入一段炉燃烧系统导致烟气中NOx 含量增高及尿素喷淋造粒塔粉尘 ,一时尚难根治 ,其余属有效控制技术。新建及原有氮肥厂可采取将排水处理后返回系统利用的措施 ,使排放量降至最低且符合国定指标。
