Results showed that there is no significant differences of the net rate of lamina tissue production for perennial ryegrass between the treatments of continuous grazing,intermittent grazing Ⅰ and intermittent grazing Ⅱ, while that for white clover in continuous grazing was higher,about 11. 44 kg/ha/d. there was also no significant difference of that for intermittent grazing Ⅰ and intermittent grazing Ⅱ;there was no significant difference between the net rate of total leaf(lamina) tissue production for perennial ryegrass and white clover in the three grazing treatments.

本研究应用组织转化的理论和方法,通过放牧试验对湖南南山牧场多年生黑麦草/白三叶人工草地叶组织转化进行了较为系统的研究。主要研究内容有:采用连续放牧(2亩/只绵羊)、间断放牧Ⅰ(2亩/只绵羊)和间断放牧Ⅱ(1亩/只绵羊)三个放牧处理,分析三者之间的叶组织转化情况。研究结果表明:连续放牧、间断放牧Ⅰ和间断放牧Ⅱ之间的多年生黑麦草叶片组织净生产率无显著差异,而白三叶叶组织的净生产率却以连续放牧处理较高,为11.44公斤/公顷/天,间断放牧Ⅰ和间断放牧Ⅱ之间无显著差异;三个放牧处理的多年生黑麦草与白三叶叶组织总净生产率之间无显著差异。

he results of comparative effects of cutting on leaves appearance, extension, senescence and death of Fescue/Ryegrass and Smooth Bromegrass with two cuttings at 2cm and 6cm heights in regrowth were reported. The tissue turnover rates showed significant difference between the two grass species, but varied little with two cutting heights.

The results showed that the number of living leaf of P. communis was larger than that of L.chinensis , but the length of living leaf of L. chinensis was larger than that of P. communis during the whole growth period. Both of the leaf appearance rate and the leaf elongation rate of L. chinensis and P. communis were largest at first, and then they decreased gradually. The rate of leaf wither and leaf senescence were in the converse trend. The leaf lifespan of P. communis was shorter than that of L.chinensis . The velocity of leaf tissue turnover of P. communis was faster than that of L. chinensis . There would be a great loss if the leaf tissue of L. chinensis were not used in time. The quality of grasslands could be improved by different utilization ways and periods.

运用组织转化理论与分析方法 ,对羊草与芦苇在放牧后的叶组织转化进行了比较研究 .结果表明 ,整个生长季内 ,除 5月份外 ,芦苇的绿叶数大于羊草 ,羊草的绿叶长大于芦苇 ;2种禾草的叶片发生率和伸长率均在生长初期最大 ,以后逐渐降低 ,萎蔫率正好相反 ;芦苇叶片寿命短 ,叶组织转化快 ,叶组织物质积累呈抛物线型增长 ,如果不及时利用 ,会造成资源的浪费 ,羊草叶片寿命较长 ,叶组织转化慢 .可以通过不同的利用方式和时间来改善羊草草地的质量
