Silicon collector probes and Inconel (GH39,0.3mm) and Aluminium (LFM 0.5mm) probes were attached onto the suriace of a movable limiter in the HL-1 tokamak.After the exposure of 105 TDC and 400 high power discharges,examination oi the limiter surface and SIMS analyses of the collector probes were carried out.An average density of 1011cm-3 for the plasma scrape-off layer is estimated.

我国最大的托卡马克装置HL-1型环流器的真空第一壁是厚0.5mm的GH39高镍钢。应用动态气流法,测出其试样在160分钟内从室温升至525℃的氮等效总出气最Q_(oc)=2.4帕升cm~(-2),450℃时有最大出气率1.13×10~(-2)帕升cm~(-2)s~(-1)。高灵敏度的质谱分析监测了出气组分的温时行为。主要组分H_2、H_2O,CO和CO_2的出气高峰分别处在450℃、180℃、250℃、250℃。推导出本实验中第i组分的出气率g_(0i)=S_iP_(id)≈S_iP_d·I_i/R_i∑I_i。由叠加组分出气量而得的真实出气总量Q_(0∑)为6.9帕升cm~(-2),其中H_2、H_2O、CO和CO_2的百分比分别为89%、5.6%、3.4%、和2.0%。525℃热解后,样品表面的残气谱和二次离子质谱显示出表面的低原子序数(M/e<23)污染物已有所减少,而铝(M/e=27)和铬(M/e=52)等在表面已有所偏析。

A silicon collector probe was positioned into tke scrape-off layer of the HL-1 tokamak plasma with a sample translation device. After exposure to radiation from 55 kigh power discharges, an AES analysis was carried out for the silicon collector probe. The results show that the carbon impurity fluence from sputtering and evaporation of the passively cooled graphite limiter was about 1013cm-2. And heavy metal impurities-Ni and Cr from this limiter were less than that from GH39 limiter by about 44%.

在HL-1装置的输样机构上安放了硅收集探针。经过55次高功率托卡马克放电辐照后,对于因石墨孔栏被腐蚀而溅射蒸发,并沉积在硅收集探针上的杂质涂层进行了俄歇电子能谱(AES)分析,获得无主动冷却石墨孔栏被腐蚀而溅射蒸发出来的碳杂质流通量约为8×10~(13)cm~(-2)·S~(-1),金属重杂质镍和铬较GH39高镍钢孔栏时降低44%左右。
