阳离子型表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基铵(CetyltrimethyJammomum chloride,CTMA),是一种有较长烃链的季铵类型有机阳离子,在低浓度时(<0.01毫克分子)刺激小麦离体根的K~+吸收,高于0.01毫克分子时抑制小麦离体根的K~+吸收,在0.1毫克分子时引起K~+外流。应用~(86)Rb~+示踪的实验表明,CTMA对小麦根细胞K~+的被动运转过程不仅没有抑制作用,而且增加膜对K~+的透性。CTMA对小麦离体根K~+吸收主动过程的抑制效应,随实验溶液中KCI浓度的增加逐渐减弱,到50毫克分子KCI时基本上消失。用小麦离体根K~+吸收速率对KCI的浓度作双倒数的Lineweaver—Burk图,CTMA对K~+吸收的抑制作用粗略地显现出竞争性抑制。0.05和0.1毫克分子CTMA溶液中K~+与“载体”结合的K_m值分别为11.0~12.2、20.8和29.4毫克分子。这种抑制效应可能是由于CTMA分子上的季铵阳离子与“载体”结合,其亲脂性烃尾束缚到膜的脂质区域,使“载体”固着而失活。

K~+ uptake was inhibited imme-diately after treatment with azide,but the H~+ extrusion was not inhibited until 15 minutes after experiment.No inhibitory effect of azide on plasma membrane ATPase activity in vitro was observed. From above results,mode of H~+/K~+ exchange and plasma membraneATPase action are discussed.
