This achievment in scientific research was evaluated as one of the fivo greatest achievements of Jilin province among the provinces of our country and was rewarded by the People's government of Jilin. province.

植物蛋白组织化(人造肉)是七十年代新发展起来的食品加工方法,但国内、外制造组织化蛋白所用原料要求水溶性氮不可低于60~70%,而我国资源丰富的高温豆粕含水溶性氮均在30%以下,如何利用我国国产原料高温豆粕生产人造肉在本试验之前,国内,外均未解决。本文报导了利用高变性大豆蛋白(高温豆粕即属此类)制造组织蛋白的原理及工艺。本成果被评为一九八一年全国各省、市、自治区五大成就中吉林省的一大成就。吉林省政府授予重要科技成果二等奖。
