AIM:To develop a sensitive method for determination of serotonin in biological samples. METHODS:A combination of microdialysis sampling and microbore liquid chromatogra-phy with electrochemical detection (LCEC) was established. RESULTS:Changes of serotonin in fg or pg in microdialysates from brain striatum of the free moving rat were easily determined. CONCLUSION:This developed method was useful for living animal research. Serotonin level in corpus striatum healthy rats was quite stable.

目的:建立一个测定生物样本中5-羟色胺的灵敏方法.方法:将微透析取样和微柱液相色谱电化学检测(LCEC)有机结合,建立灵敏的分析方法.结果:很容易地测定了自由活动大鼠脑纹状体透析液中fg-pg的5-羟色胺变化.结论:本法对生物活体研究很有用.健康大鼠脑纹状体内5-羟色胺水平是相当稳定的.

A method to determine creatinine in patient serum by combination of the micro- dialysis sampling technique with high performance liquid chromatrography is presented. The influences of temperature and perfusion flow-rate On recovery of microdialysis sampling were investigated. The recovery of microdialysis sampling is 22. 29 % and RSD 8. 27% at the per- fusion flow-rate of 2. 0 μL/min and temperature of 37℃. The method developed provides a fast and simple tool for determination of creatinine in patient serum.

以微透析作为样品预处理技术,与高效液相色谱分析相结合建立了一个测定血清样品中肌酐浓度的方法。同时考察了温度、灌注流速对微透析取样回收率的影响。微透析(透析膜长 4.0 mm,同心圆式,外径 0.5 mm)取样在 37℃、灌注流速为 2.0μL/min时回收率22.29%,RSD 8.27%。利用这种方法测定病人血清中肌酐浓度,简单、快速、重复性较好。
