It is found that glass fibers treated by different coupling agents have different surface tensions, the order is as follows: 7114>KH550>A151The components of coupling agent sedimented on surface of glass fiber have different effects on wetting property.

本文应用单丝接触角测定仪测定了不同偶联剂处理的玻璃纤维临界表面张力。结果表明:由于固体临界表面张力是描述固体表面性质的物化数据,因此它仅与表面复盖物的性质有关,而与内部的玻璃纤维的成份无关。不同偶联剂处理的玻璃纤维具有不同的表面张力,依次为7114>KH550>A151。沉积在玻璃纤维表面的偶联剂各级分对浸润性能的贡献是不相同的。

The effect of solid surface properties on soil adhesion and friction is analyzed.The polar component of surface free energy of solids exerts decisive influence on its hydrophobicity,the poorer its hydrophobicity, the greater its adhesion and friction to soil. The friction increases with the decrease in solid surface finish and tends to decrease with the increase in its surface hardness.

本文分析了固体表面性质对土壤粘附和摩擦性能的影响。固体表面能的极性分量影响表面憎水性,表面憎水性越差,它与土壤的粘附和摩擦则越大。土壤摩擦力还随固体表面光洁度降低而增加,随表面硬度增加而趋于减小。

The features of the cuticle of soil animals are discussed. Unsmoothed structure in all sizes from sub-micro to microscope and hydrophobicity of their cuticle and small viscous resistance of the sacretion on their skin are important features. Characteristics of the adhesion between soil and some metal materials are also tested.

依据界面热力学原理对土壤—固体表面粘附行为进行了分析。土壤粘附强度主要由毛细管作用力和界面水膜粘滞力构成,固体表面性质对其产生影响。本文还讨论了土壤动物体表特征,其体表憎水性、体表液的低粘滞性和亚宏观到微观层次上的非光滑结构是重要的表面特征。
