It analyzes the current stats of rolling Stock technology after the stratagem of speed raising implemented and researches on the trend of development of rolling stock technology and the main direction of work.
The proposed technical standard system for the plane and profile sections of existing lines with 200 km/h speed-raising has been fully proved to be scientific and reasonable through a series of 200~250 km/h prototype speed-raising comprehensive tests and speed trains passing tests.
Comparing the speed-raising technology in foreign countries with that of the existing 200km/h railway lines in our country,we have attained fruitful achievement in boosting self-innovation,integrated innovation as well as technology introduction,absorption and renovation,with some of the technology reaching world advanced standard,among which the innovation of infrastructure technology for 200 km/h trains has offered strong technical support for the sixth large-scale speed-up and diagram adjustment in the national railway.
We present four experiments to characterise the stimulus parameters that are important for the apparent speed increase of dots moving behind small apertures.
When compared with the standard Monin-Obukhov theory the measured wind speed increase between 10 m and 50 m height is found to be systematically larger than predicted for stable and near-neutral conditions.
