In order to understand pathologic changes and causes of discarded viscera of swine slaughtered in Chengdu Meat Packing Plant, according to gross and histomorphologic observation, we classfied pathologic changes of 598 cases of discarded heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and stomach from 34, 995 swine slaughtered normally in nine working days, pathologic examination showed that the main causes of discarded viscera of slaughtered swine in Chengdu area were as follows: Serofilaria suis in heart; Cysticercus tenuicollis, Congestion, Degeneration, Cirrhosis and Necrosis in liver; Splenitis; Pneumonia, Congestion and edema, Emphysema and Metastrongylidae in lung; Nephritis, Congestion, Cloudy swelling and Cyst in kidney, and Necrosis in stomach.

对成都肉联厂9个生产日正常屠宰的34995头屠猪的高温废弃的心,肝,脾,肺,肾和胃等共598例进行巨检,并结合各部份器官组织形态学观察进行分类,了解该厂屠猪内脏高温废弃的主要病理变化和病理原因。结果表明,心肌浆膜丝虫;肝脏细颈囊虫,郁血,变性,硬变,坏死;脾炎;肺郁血水肿,肺炎,气肿,肺丝虫;肾的郁血,浊肿,肾炎,囊肿和胃的坏死等是成都地区屠猪内脏高温废弃的主要病理原因。

Accroding to gross and histomorphologic observation on 196 discarded ventriculi from 34995 swine slaughtered normally in nine working days in Chengdu Meat packing Plant,they were affirmed that the main pathologic causes of discarded ventriculi in the plant were necrotic gastritis,The main necrotic positions were cardiac gland regions.The main Pathologic Changes were coagulative necrosos,the characters were a large number fibrin exudation and neutrophil leukocyte infiltration in gastric mucosa,hyperemia and edema in the submucosa.There were often bacterial secondary infection in some serious cases.The causes and positions or pathological changes are discussed in this article.

对成都肉联厂的9个生产日中正常屠宰的34995头屠猪的高温废弃胃共196个,经巨检分类后,对其中25例进行病理组织学检查,确定该厂猪胃高温废弃的主要病理原因是坏死性胃炎。主要发病部位在贲门腺区,主要病理变化是胃粘膜层或更深层的凝固性坏死,以大量的纤维蛋白渗出及以嗜中性白细胞为主的炎性细胞浸润、粘膜下层高度水肿及血循环障碍为特征,严重者常有细菌继发感染。本文对发生原因和发病部位等问题进行了初步探讨。

筛选枯草芽胞杆菌(B、subtilis、1011)。藤黄八叠球菌(M.luteus,28001),蜡样芽胞杆菌(B.cereus,63301)三株试验菌株,分别制备营养琼脂检测平。标准抗菌性物质,对三株试验菌株敏感性不同,分为青霉素、链霉素、四环素(氯霉素)、磺胺、呋喃等五类。现场采取肾、肝、肌肉组织,直接滤纸片法,32±1℃,15—18h,培养,呈抑菌圈者,示抗菌性物质残留阳性。人工注射抗菌素和常规屠猪抗菌性物质残留率(量)高低,与贮养时间,注射剂量有关,126头屠猪抗菌性物质残留检出率,肾脏54.8%,其中磺胺类54.0%,青霉素0.8%,肌肉组织阴性。 建立的抗菌性物质残留简易生物分类快速筛选方法简便、省时、省费用、灵敏度高,回收良好,为确证提供了线索,适应于屠猪流水线应用。
