This article combined the finite element method and technology of optimization,set up parametric model using APDL language and completed the optimal design of one flat head with ribs.By comparing the stress analysis of the original model with its new optimal result,the results show that this method can be applied to projects and give us some important guiding effect in the design to improve the structure of flat head.

将有限元方法与优化技术相结合,利用APDL语言建立了参数化模型,完成了某平盖加筋封头的结构优化设计,并将最终优化得到的结构尺寸与原始设计尺寸通过应力分析进行比较。结果显示这种方法可以用于工程实际,对平盖的结构改进设计具有一定指导作用。

首先对某加热器的平盖封头进行理论计算与分析,然后对其采用的两种封头改进形式(平盖加筋与球冠加筋)分别进行有限元分析,并根据求解结果进行分析比较,指出采用平盖加筋封头可以节省材料,为改善其局部应力集中现象和进一步提高使用寿命,可以采用大曲率半径球冠加筋的方法加以解决,对加筋封头的结构设计具有指导作用。
