In the paper, the problem of dynamic interation between stress waves andunder ground structure with crushable backpacking is studied by FEM. The behavier of the crushable backpacking is described by prandle model for the constitutional law and the Von Mises yielding criterion, and the influence of gemetric nonlinearity of crushable backpacking is considered. In the paper, the problem of dynamic interation between stress waves andunder ground structure with crushable backpacking is studied by FEM. The behavier of the crushable backpacking is described by prandle model for the constitutional law and the Von Mises yielding criterion, and the influence of gemetric nonlinearity of crushable backpacking is considered. Basic formulae in calculating gemetric and material nonlinearity problem by FEM are presented in the paper. The paper studies motion properties of structures after passing the stress waves. The comparision of structures with and without crushable back -packing under the same condition is under taken.From the numerical results, the influence of geometric nonlinear physical properties and dimensions.etc. on the structural motion is studied. The paper also discuss the bounds in numerical calculation in which the large or small strain theory is used.

本文应用有限元法分析了应力波与带软衬垫的地下结构动力相互作用问题。软衬垫假定为弹塑性并用Mises屈服准则描述,而且考虑其几何非线性的影响。结构与介质按弹性考虑。文中给出了有限元计算所涉及的几何与物理非线性问题的一般基本公式。计算和分析了应力波通过软衬垫后结构运动特性。并与相同条件下未加软衬垫的地下结构进行了对比,从中得出了软衬垫的几何非线性、物理力学参数以及几何尺寸等因素对结构运动的影响规律。文中还对大、小应变理论的应用界限进行了讨论。

Bassed on the fluid motion equation, a method of the water pressure prediction in bottom liner slurry pipeline has been yielded,The average gradient ray length is used instead of non-circular pipe hydaulic diameter, the experimental results in 76mm pipeline system are consistent with the predicting values.

The dynamic calculation of the model fitted testing results and reflected the dynamic response of cushions in the serial shock process quite well . The improved model was applied for optimal design of shockproof packaging.

本文在文[5]缓冲性能模型的基础上,建立了可发聚苯乙烯泡沫衬垫缓冲性能的改进模型。改进模型在形式较为简化,参数数量有所减少,识别方法中对动能损失,波形误差等的计算作了修正,并采用两种组合条件下的数据识别了模型参数。模型的动力学计算结果与实测值十分符合,能较好反映连续多次冲击过程中衬垫的动态响应。该改进模型已应用于产品的缓冲包装优化设计。
