Experiment testified that some sewage processes of petroleum refining unit can meet the requirement of oil concentration of drain water,which is less than 150 mg/L,and can get high purity extraction oil under the control of the system we designed.
So deodorant YJ-02 has been developed and commercially applied in petroleum refining unit. The result shows that YJ-02 has an evident effect on removing hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, mercaptan and disulfide.
Siemens T-M distributed control system is used in the catalytic cracking unit to configurate the hardware and softwale in production Process, with two sets of OS communication monitoring sub-system to monitor the operation control of three sets of AS auto-control sub-systems can both save investment, increase reliability and reasonably make use 0f computer resource, and successfully realize the centrallzed monitor and control to the refinery unit.
Along with the development of oil processing sector, as well as continuous increase of refinery unit and its production capacity, volume of fresh water required and sewage discharged are increasing annually.
In accordance with some problems occured in the application of varable frequency technology of refined unit,this problems are analized from the fields of economic benefit,selection of control return circuit,selection of special situation and safety ,etc.
