We induced focal cerebral Infarction of rats by Photochemical method and observed the effect of QingshuanMei. The rats were treated for 5 days with 0.25u/kg/day of QingshuanMet. The spontaneous brain electrical activity of treated rats Improved stgniflcantly, light-and electron-microscope showed the pathologlcal changes were more obvious mild, and there were prominent gllosis at the border of focus plasma flbrlnogen reduced, close normal level. In 48 hours, average brain water per cent of treated rats was 75. 72+1.42%, significantly decreased to compare with untreated, ones(.79.22±0.25%). those results suggested that focal cerebral infarction was treatedearly, with QingShuanMet that would be Improve signiflcantly brain electrical activity, morphological changes, and reduced brain edema, There are beneficial effects to treat focal cerebral Infarction with QingShuanMet.

我们采用光化学方法诱发鼠实验性局灶性脑梗塞,观察了清栓酶的治疗作用,实验设正常对照组、脑梗塞未治疗组及清栓酶治疗组。实验结果显示清栓酶治疗组(0.25u/kg,Qd,iv,连用5天)自发性脑电活动明显改善;光镜与电镜观察发现病理变化明显减轻,病灶区出现明显胶质增生;血纤维蛋白原水平明显降低接近正常对照组;清栓酶治疗48小时,脑含水量测定平均为75.72±1.42%,较未治疗组(79.22±0.25%)明显减低(P<0.05)。这些结果提示于脑缺血后早期应用清栓酶,对脑自发性电活动,形态学改变及脑水肿的发生、发展均有明显改善作用。本研究表明清栓酶对缺血性脑梗塞有良好的治疗作用。
