    本文叙述了一种利用光拍理论、统计原理和信号处理方法测试皮肤表面微循环血流的仪器。它以一个低功率(2mw)的氦氖缴光器作光源,经石英光纤维将光馈送到皮肤,从运动的红细胞散射的光(有频移)和从不运动的组织散射的光(无频移),它们由两组光纤维送到光电管,产生差拍光电流。由于采用了差动接收等技术,大大抑制了噪音,提高了信噪比,提取出唯一与血流相关的模拟信号。经在体非侵入测量,临床应用,动物试验,证明重复性很好,比较稳定灵敏,可作即时观察和连续记录,携带使用方便,可用于基础和临床医学。
